Sector 12D
Traffic management on all-purpose & urban roads
Sector Scheme 12D covers temporary traffic management on all-purpose roads — the town centres, residential streets and single carriageways where most utility and highway works take place. We plan schemes that keep traffic, pedestrians and cyclists moving safely around the works.
Traffic control
Give and take, priority working, stop/go boards and manually controlled operations with trained operatives.
Temporary signals
Portable two-way and multi-phase temporary traffic signals, including vehicle-actuated and linked junction set-ups.
Closures & diversions

CAD drawings
In-house CAD traffic management drawings for every scheme — closure layouts, taper and sign schedules, phasing plans, diversion routes and pedestrian arrangements. Produced to client and local authority standards and issued in the formats you need for approval and permitting.
Event planning
Traffic and pedestrian management plans for festivals, road races, filming, markets and public events. We handle road closure applications, stewarding and marshal layouts, signed diversions, emergency access routes and on-the-day delivery.
Traffic management consultancy
Practical advice before you mobilise: permit and TTRO/Section 50 applications, risk assessments and method statements, temporary traffic order support, TM strategy reviews and value engineering to reduce cost and disruption without losing compliance.
